OK, I was intrigued, read your blog then buohgt the book. Had to express post it so I could read it right away guess what I am an Activator! Because we worked well together I had to figure out where we matched strategic & activator. LOL. Any how, I found out I am a learner, achiever and maximizer so they all fit into my profile Now I have to think about how I can maximize the learning. Thanks James, this was fun and has me thinking and wondering how to inspire others to think about their strengths this way. Tricia
